Common questions
My labels print at the wrong size
LabelCraft PDFs always have exact physical dimensions - wrong sizes come from the print dialog scaling the page. In your browser or PDF viewer’s print dialog, set scale to 100% (or “Actual size”) and make sure “Fit to page” is off.
The lines on my label don’t line up with each other
That is the template, not the printer. In the editor, alignment applies inside each element’s box: “Center” centers the text within its own box, so boxes with different X or Width center on different axes. Give the lines the same X (mm) and Width (mm), or use Center on label on each centered line. If one line prints in a typewriter font, untick Monospace on that element.
The whole print lands slightly off-center
Some printers feed labels a millimetre or two off. Open your template (Templates → Edit) and use the Printer calibration X/Y offsets (±5 mm in 0.1 mm steps) to nudge the layout to match your hardware.
Some products have no barcode
Use Generate barcodes in the print flow. LabelCraft creates GS1-prefixed GTIN-13s if you set your GS1 company prefix in Settings, or internal codes if you don’t.
My label size isn’t in the preset list
Create a custom template under Templates → New - any size, roll or sheet, with a live preview while you edit.
How do plans and the free quota work?
The Free plan includes 200 labels per month. Pro ($9.99/month, 14-day free trial) removes the limit. Manage your plan any time under Billing in the app - uninstalling cancels the subscription automatically.
